on these professional grade assemblies. Forged 15" G70 J-hooks are the strongest on the market. The alloy frame hooks are on special high-alloy links for added reach. The pear master ring is made of forged 3/4" steel. Each leg is made of 3-ply, 3" optic orange Scuff Edge II sling webbing that stands up to OSHA specifications for overhead lifting, yet it is extra gentle on the vehicle in tow. This extra-thick, nylon and polyester webbing is 67% more abrasion-resistant, and 30% more resistant to edge cutting than standard webbing, plus all of the edge yarns are treated with DuPont Hytrel. All of the hardware is gold dichromate zinc coated to fight corrosion. Special 3" D-rings at the bottom of each leg, along with cordura wear pads, reduce webbing wear inside the eyes. see details
